Lime basic coated electrode with 120% recovery. For overlays on constructional parts and machine parts subject to wear, like guideways, running wheels, dredger parts, chain links, rails etc.

Removal of the worn out parts is not necessary in some cases as the electrode is also suitable for welding in difficult positons. Easy slag removal. Easy machining with carbide tipped tools.

In case of base metals tending to hardness increase, it is recommended to preheat up to approx. 200 ºC and to weld an intermediate layer with USKB 50 W.

Lime basic coated Cr-Mo-V-alloyed electrode with recovery of 130%. Suitable for very hard overlaying on constructional and machine parts subject to high abrasion wear and impact strains.

Applications are running surfaces, rolls, wheel rims, caterpiller tracks, impellers, beaters & bafle plates.

The electrode can also be used for single pass hardfacing as it is possble to get a good base hardness.

In spite of high hardness the welding deposit is tough and resistant to impact load. The molten pool is only machinable by grinding.

Cr: 4,0 – 7,0

Rutile basic electrode for hardfacing on parts with high abrasion and lower impact. Especially suitable for overlays on cold cutting tools, also for hardfacing on high magneese steel.

The electrodes have a homogenous bead structure with very good weldability and slag removal. The electrodes can be welded in the horizantal and vertical up positions.

Normally it is not necessary to preheat before welding.

The heat input during welding on magneese steel should be as small as possible.

H: 57 – 61 HRc
E 60 Ti 160

Cr: 4,0 – 7,0

V: 0,2 – 0,4
