Albro Mn |
AWS: E Cu Mn Ni Al DIN 8555/1733: EN 14700: E Cu 1 Current: = (+) |
Al: 7,0 – 9,0 Ni: 1,5 – 2,5 Fe: 2,0 – 3,0 Mn: 13,0 – 15,0 Cu: Rest |
For joining and surfacing of nearly all Al-bronzes. especially those with high Mn-content as well as steel and grey cast iron. Because of the high seawater and corrison resistance it is also suited for shipbuilding (marine propellers, pumps and fitings) and in the chemical industry for valves and pumps and all parts where chemical attacks is accompanied by erosion. The favourable coefficent of friction makes it ideal for surfacing on shafts, sliding surfaces, bearings and dies. |
T: 670 N/mm² Y: 420 N/mm² E(1=5d): 18 % ————– H: 180 – 220 HB |
Albro |
AWS: E Cu Al – A2 DIN 8555/1733: EN 14700: E Cu 1 Current: = (+) |
Al: 8,0 – 10,0 Fe: 1,5 – 2,5 Cu: Rest |
For joints and overlays on aluminium bronzes, copper and copper alloys. Also suitable for surfacing of steel and cast iron. The corrison resistance allows it to be used in marine propellers and fittings. |
T: 520 – 540 N/mm² Y: 220 – 250 N/mm² E(1=5d): 25 – 28 % ———— H: 140 – 160 HB 10 |
Zibro W |
AWS: E Cu Sn – C/A DIN 8555/1733: EN 14700: E Cu 1 Current: = (+) / ~ |
Sn: 6,0 – 8,0 Cu: Rest |
For joining and overlaying copper and copper alloys, phospor and tin – bronzes and copper blades in mechanical plant engineering and ship building. The electrode has very good welding properties and steady arc giving low spatter and porosity-free seams. The slag can easily be removed. Suitable for following base materials: |
T: 290 – 340 N/mm² Y: 170 – 210 N/mm² E(1=5d): 25 – 30 % ————- H: 90 – 120 HB |
Zibro |
AWS: E Cu Sn – C DIN 8555/1733: EN 14700: E Cu 1 Current: = (+) |
Sn: 6,0 – 8,0 Cu: Rest |
For joining copper and copper alloys, phosphor and tin – bronzes as well as copper-clad plates in mechanical engineering and shipbuilding. For surfacing on copper, copper alloys, phosphor and tin bronzes. |
T: 290 – 340 N/mm² Y: 170 – 210 N/mm² E(1=5d): 25 -30 % ————- H: 90 – 120 HB 10 |
