DIN 1736: EN 14700: E Ni 2 Recovery: 140% Current: = (+) / ~ |
C:0,03 – 0,06 Ni: 58,0 – 65,0 Cr: 17,0 – 20,0 Mo: 5,0 – 7,0 Co: 11,0 – 13,0 W: 0,8 – 1,5 Al: 1,8 – 2,5 Ti: 2,8 – 3,3 |
Basic-coated electrode for overlays on parts subject to great impact at high temperatures. The weld deposit is scale-, thermoshock- and wear resistant at high temperatures. Service life can excellently increased in case of forging tools to form high temperature material and hot cutting tools. As Al and Ti have good dispersion properties at high temperatures. service life of this alloy is longer than can usually be achieved with Co-based alloys. Suitable for following base materials: |
At 500 ºC Y: 730 – 750 N/mm² —————– Y:700 – 750 N/mm² ————– H:300 – 320 HB |
NiCr 50 Nb |
Recovery: 100% Current: = (+) / ~ |
C: 0,06 – 0,1 Mn: 1,0 – 1,5 Cr: 48,0 – 51,0 Fe: <1,0 Ni: 47,0 – 49,0 Nb: 1,7 – 1,9 N: 0,1 – 0,15 |
Rutile-basic coated special electrode for material such as in 657 etc. Suitable for oil burners at high mechanical stress and smoke-corrison by means of sulphur – and vanadium containg particles. Heat resistant in air is 1150 ºC. |
T: 750 – 800 N/mm² Y(0,2): |
Metadur 6 Ni |
DIN 8555: EN 14700: E Ni 4 Recovery: 120% Current: = (+) / ~ |
C: 0,02 – 0,04 Si: 2,5 – 3,2 Cr: 8,0 – 10,0 Ni: 85,0 – 88,0 Specials:1,0 – 2,0 |
For hardfacing with satisfactory gliding properties (metal-metal) and resistance to corrison, according to the application of Metadur 6 U, Not for use in connection with hydrochloric acid. The weld metal has good tempering properties so after thermal cycling the hardness is as good as before. | H: 40 HRC |
