C: 4,5 – 5,5Cr: 22,0 – 24,0

Nb: 5,0 – 7,0

Very thick coated electrode for high wear resistant overlays. Slag does not cover the weld deposit.
Applications are constructional and machine parts, that are subject to heavy abrasion and moderate impacts .e.g. mixer parts and sand blasting equipment, descaling units etc.

C: 3,4 – 4,5Cr: 28,0 – 32,0 A hardfacing electrode, developed on a chrome-carbide basis for abrasive wear and medium impact stressing, e.g by ores, coal gravels sand, for overlaying on excavator teeth, wear strips, screw conyeyors etc. Also useable for guideways, valve ends and machine parts to operating temperature up to 200 ºC.
The clear weld pool permits better bead build up, so that post weld machining is not necessary, Easy slag removal.

C: 4,5 – 5,5Cr: 31,0 – 34,0

Thick coated electrode for high wear resistant overlays which are subject to abrasion. The welding properties are equally good DC (+) and AC. Non covering slag.
Due to the very high C and Cr content hardness and wear are very good. The special coating facilities overlaying on edges and corners.

Applications are overlays on wear strips, screw conveyors and guideways in the ore and coal mining industry and as well as sand transporting techniques.

C: 5,0 – 6,0Cr: 34,0 – 36,0
(specials)
Very thick coated electrode for high wear resistant overlays which are subject to abrasion. especially on builiding and machine-parts.
The boron-alloyed weld deposit with the very high carbon and chromium content delivers very high hardness even in the first layer and guarantees an extremely long service life of the overlay.

C: 4,0 – 5,0
Cr: 30,0 – 34,0
(specials)

Very thick coated electrode for high wear resistant overlays which are subject to abrasion. The welding properties are equally good with DC(+) and AC.
Non-covering slag, easy to remove.
Despite the high alloy content of C and Cr three – layer welding is possible.

Applications are the ore and coal mining industry as well as sand transporting like wear strips, screw conveyors and guideways.
